Terms and Conditions for Avellon Art Services LLC

1. Introduction

Welcome to Avellon Art Services. These terms and conditions govern the provision of art handling services offered by Avellon Art Services to clients for the transportation and handling of artworks. By availing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Insurance Coverage

Avellon Art Services does not provide insurance coverage for any artworks handled during transportation or any other services offered. It is the client's sole responsibility to obtain insurance coverage for their artworks before engaging our services.

3. Limited Liability

While we take utmost care and professionalism in handling artworks, please be aware that Avellon Art Services does not assume any liability for damages or losses that may occur during the handling process.

4. Client's Responsibilities

a. The client is responsible for providing accurate and detailed information about the artwork, including its condition, dimensions, and any specific handling requirements. 

b. Any special instructions for the handling, transportation, or storage of the artwork should be communicated to Avellon Art Services in writing and acknowledged by both parties.

5. Condition Report

Avellon Art Services may conduct a detailed condition report of the artwork before handling it. This report shall document the artwork's condition at the time of handover. The client may sign this report to acknowledge its accuracy.

6. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold Avellon Art Services harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of the handling of the artwork, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Avellon Art Services.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York. Any legal actions arising from the provision of art handling services shall be brought exclusively to the courts of New York.

8. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

Avellon Art Services reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and clients will be notified accordingly.
